The Process Line of our Aftersales Services

Send a Request

You have three following ways: either add one of our parts from the catalog, or fill-out the request form, or finally, contact us parts@scandinavian-medical.com directly through email.
We check internally to see if we have the requested part in stock. Our stock is carefully selected based on our customer portfolio of current and future needs, if we do not have your requested part in stock, we will contact you to discuss the posssibilities to source the part among trusted suppliers.

Our Process

Your Quotation

We will send a quotation with various conditions depending on the parts type. Depending on your location and needs, we will supply you with different shipping, packing, and warranty options.
Upon agreement we will send an official quotation and/or contract depending on the part or solution provided. When payment has been recieved, we will proceed immediately.

Packing and Shipping

We pack our parts up to, and often above, OEM standards. To us secure packing is of upmost priority as to minimize the damage during transport. We use all main carriers available and also work with strong shipping suppliers to provide fast and reliable shipping worldwide.
We follow the process from start to finish and keep you updated on the shipping and lead time, as well as following-up on any questions related to the order and future cooperation.
